Eligibility Requirements
JCID accepts:
- Foreign nationals with passports
- Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan residents
- Chinese nationals with overseas residency or birth certificates
- Chinese children whose parents work in Shanghai
Critical Rule: One parent must work in Shanghai. You must provide the parent's Alien Employment Permit in Shanghai, employer certificate, and business license copy.
You cannot apply without proof of a parent working in Shanghai.
